The Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) (formerly known as Human Resource Management Professional, HRMP before 2016) study package includes Five electronic SPHRi certification workbooks in PDF format for downloading and printing. It also includes online practice test questions and answers with explanations. Eligibility Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- A minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- A minimum of 7 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent
