COURSE DESCRIPTION
Performance management is one of the most important functions of human resources management. Acquiring practical skills and experience in performance evaluation is essential for the success of the company’s administrative and operational plans. Therefore, this program was designed to provide participants with the experiences, skills and practical applications used in evaluating the performance of their subordinates, analyzing the reasons for low performance and how to benefit from outstanding performance levels.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM
Train and qualify participants from human resources management workers and professionals not working in human resources departments to evaluate the performance of their subordinates according to a scientific methodology and develop their capabilities in designing models and methods of performance evaluation that are characterized by objectivity and fairness and contribute to raising the efficiency and effectiveness of workers in order to achieve the highest rates of high productivity for workers..

- Providing participants with skills to evaluate the outputs of the job evaluation process and raise the level of its effectiveness
- Introducing participants to the concept of management by objectives (MBO)
