Introduction
It is indispensable for any human resources official and senior executive management to be fully aware of all legislation and laws regulating labour and knowledge of all newly issued publications and directives governing the relationship that arises between the employer and the worker and establishing policies and procedures that control the progress and procedures of work within the institution, so this integrated and comprehensive program was designed to meet all the needs of business organisations in terms of labour legislation.
Course objectives
The course will regulate the company’s relationship with employees by defining and clarifying the duties and rights of both parties, in addition to ensuring that all employees are treated equally. The course will refine participants’ knowledge of labour laws and regulations and how to apply them in practice, and guide them on how to resolve individual and collective conflicts to avoid reaching the labour offices.
